I am a certified trainer through the Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper Institute, a globally recognized organization dedicated to advancing lifelong health and wellness through research, education, and advocacy.
My own transformation began when I shifted from a toxic, sedentary lifestyle to one focused on prevention and restoration. This journey of aligning heart, mind, body, and soul inspired the founding of Mantahaa’s Lifestyle and Wellness. Experiencing firsthand the healing power of balanced nutrition and fitness, I became committed to helping others reach their lifestyle goals.
Since then, I’ve been raising awareness on personal and corporate platforms, promoting preventive lifestyles, fitness regimes, nutritional plans, and mental well-being. My methods have earned awards and recognition for shaping the health and fitness landscape in Pakistan.
I’ve had the privilege of helping clients overcome limiting beliefs, eating disorders, injuries, trauma, and even cancer. My clients include a cancer survivor who is now a mother, motivational speaker, and successful entrepreneur. I’ve been featured in magazines, newspapers, and on TV and radio as a mental health and wellness advocate.
For me, fitness goes beyond appearance—it’s about how you feel and how you navigate life. A balanced, stress-free lifestyle is the true goal; weight loss is simply a byproduct of healing and harmony in mind, body, heart, and soul.
Was I always this focused and confident?
No, not at all. Growing up in a traditional Asian family, I had simple goals: earn a degree, work a stable 9-to-5 job, and “settle down.” But even as I followed this path, something was missing—I wasn’t truly happy.
For years, I struggled with my weight, always feeling like “the big girl” in the room. My confidence took a hit, and I blamed everything—my genes, my schedule, even just “bad luck.”
Then, I had a breakthrough. I realized the change had to start with my relationship with myself. I committed to learning, researching, and uncovering the healing power of nutrition and movement. I discovered that the goal isn’t just weight loss; it’s achieving a healthy heart, a calm mind, and a fulfilled soul. Through these changes, I realized you can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, and more—conditions often worsened by a sedentary and chaotic lifestyle.
Since my own transformation, I’ve made it my mission to help others reach their wellness goals. Through Mantahaa’s Lifestyle and Wellness, I’ve supported countless men and women in Pakistan and worldwide in finding balance and improving their lives.
The heart of this program is rooted in the understanding that life isn’t always smooth. I’ve faced my own battles—losing my mother to cancer, going through postpartum depression, and facing everyday challenges. I want to help you overcome whatever obstacles you face, so you can experience the peace and happiness I now feel.
